Strip down and rebuild time

Pulled this hydraulic pump apart to see what was going on inside. You can really see the wear on some of the internal parts once everything’s laid out — gears, housing, seals, and plates all getting a proper clean and inspection.

Always interesting to see how these things are built and how simple the design actually is when it’s apart. Now the plan is to check tolerances, replace the worn seals and clips, and get it rebuilt properly.

Nothing beats fixing it instead of replacing it
